Ingredients
  

  • 2 starfruit sliced and seeds removed
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup blackberries
  • 2 cups strawberries hulled and sliced into quarters
  • 2 cups watermelon cubed
  • 2 ounce lime juice (juice of 2 limes)
  • 2 tbsp mint diced
  • 1/4 tsp liquid stevia for sweetness (optional)

Instructions
 

  • This salad only takes a few minutes to make. Simply add all the fruits in a large mixing bowl. Drizzle with lime juice and liquid stevia. Garnish with fresh mint and serve!
