Ingredients
  

  • 1 sleeve Saltine crackers 4 oz. (about 35-40 crackers) - can use Ritz, etc.
  • 3 medium tomatoes deseeded and chopped
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 green onions finely chopped
  • 1/8 tsp garlic powder
  • sea salt to taste
  • ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, stir together chopped tomatoes, green onions, garlic powder, and mayonnaise. Add salt and pepper, to taste.
  • Crumble saltines and stir in to the tomatoes and mayonnaise mix. You want some big cracker pieces so don't crumble them too much. It will get mushy.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley. Serve right away.
