Wedge Salad
- 2 hearts romaine lettuce
- 1 cup croutons crumbled
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese shredded
- freshly ground black pepper to taste
Easy Caesar Dressing
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 tsp salt *to taste
- 1/4 tsp black pepper *to taste
Mix together all ingredients for the easy Caesar dressing and stir well to combine. Set aside for now.
Cut romaine hearts in half leaving roots in tact. Rinse well and pat dry with paper towels.
Top each romaine wedge with a drizzle of Caesar dressing. Then add on parmesan cheese, crumbled croutons and black pepper.
