4 cups rocket leaves also known as arugula 1/2 large pear thinly sliced or cubed 1/2 cup parmesan cheese shaved 1/2 cup toasted walnuts Rocket Salad Dressing 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar 1 teaspoon honey 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard pinch of salt and pepper to taste
