Yogurt Dill Dressing
A creamy dill dressing made with plain Greek yogurt, lemon, lots of dill, garlic and a few simple ingredients.

- 1 cup Greek yogurt plain
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 3 tbsp fresh dill finely chopped
- 1 stalk green onion finely chopped
- 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper to taste
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, chopped dill and green onion, olive oil, salt and pepper.
If you want it smoother in consistency, then pulse it in a food processor or blender until smooth and creamy.
