I LOVE this healthy apple cider dressing because it’s a simple recipe made with easy to find ingredients, packs a zesty punch of flavor with a touch of sweetness, and it’s perfect for dressing so many types of salads! Plus, the creamy texture is just so perfect for drizzling over fall salads. DELISH!

I will admit that I’ve fallen into the trap of grabbing ready made salad dressings from the grocery store in a pinch. Many store bought dressings are actually quite delicious.
Making your own salad dressing can be SUPER simple though, this creamy apple cider dressing is an easy recipe that you can make in LESS than 5 minutes. That’s IT! Store this delicious dressing in the refrigerator for up to a week to enjoy all week long!

I have some tips and substitutions for the ingredients listed below! It’s a very forgiving homemade dressing so jazz it up with your own favorite seasonings or follow my quick recipe exactly if you like!
INGREDIENTS
Apple Cider Vinegar: Use any brand you prefer, I love Braggs apple cider vinegar (raw and unfiltered). Apple cider vinegar is made from fermented apple cider and is said to have many health benefits.
Greek Yogurt: The creaminess of this dressing is achieved with Greek yogurt (use plain, non flavored Greek yogurt). For an alternative, you could use 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise.
Extra Virgin Olive Oil: Use a high quality extra virgin olive oil, I love a cold-pressed EVOO. You can substitute in avocado oil if you prefer.
Honey: The honey adds a touch of sweetness. You can also use agave nectar or pure maple syrup.
Dijon Mustard: The zest of the mustard balances the sweetness of the honey perfectly! It also acts as an emulsifier to prevent the oil and vinegar from separating. You can sub in a high quality whole grain mustard or yellow mustard also.
Salt & Pepper: Add to your own taste.

How to Make Creamy Apple Cider Dressing
This homemade vinaigrette is super simple to make, trust me!
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together apple cider vinegar, Greek yogurt, EVOO, honey and mustard until combined and creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
You can also use a blender to whip up this dressing too, but it comes together quickly with a whisk or even a fork!
